THE CIA'S GOT NOTHING ON THE DUCKS...

Colour me confuzzled. I've been reading the comments on Yucky's "Apology" blog post and I've gotta tell you, the CIA has nothing on the Ducks.

What's with all these elite, super-secret sub-sub-sub sleuthing sub-groups?

We've got Ducky loops, Ducky groups, Ducky soups, Ducky leaks, Ducky up the ying yang. WTH???

The CIA doesn't have that many freakin' super-sleuth sub-sub-sub groups. You'd think the Ducks were trying to catch Eliot Spitzer in flagrante delicto.

A word to the wise: Too many cooks spoil the duck soup :^)

::rolling with laughter:: oh dear, Ducky up the ying yang?!

Poor Ducky! Poor ying yang!

I have to say, I also am confuzzled. Also, bumfuzzled, agape, and surprised! Super-duper sub-secret subterfuge! Subpar subversives! Why am I suddenly craving submarine sandwiches?

And why oh WHY are we not even supposed to say the NAME of the group? What will happen? Will saying the name of the group trigger some sort of demonic spell to blossom darkly into catastrophe?

p.s. Confession. I don't know who Elliot Spitzer is. And I'm almost afraid to ask.

And what do you mean about too many cooks? I mean, I know it's a metaphor but what does it mean in the context of the subDucks?

You said it, Medusa. I've been reading at YY but I can't contribute. I'm too confused and out of the loop.

Yucky, Spitzer was the Governor of NY who just resigned because of his involvement with a call girl, purportedly spending $80,000 for her services. Those must have been quite the "services," presumably involving circus tricks a la Cirque de Soleil. Here's a CNN link to the story:

Re my "cook" comment: Too many sleuths in too many groups and sub-sub-sub groups sharing information. It's nigh impossible to keep the lid on sensitive information without something slipping at some point.

MrsM! Lovely to hear from you!

Are you out of the loop or out of the group or out of the group loop?

Believe me, I'm as confuzzled as you are :^)

Group loop, loop group. Bah! I'm in 0ne group and one loop but neither are a group of loopy fruit loops as goofy as all this.
Ya'll better watch out or you'll be on super-double-secret probation!

Ummm, let me consult my secret decoder ring and get back to you on that.
