For those following the Kimkins debacle, there has been little to no information forthcoming to date about Heidi Diaz's answers to John Tiedt's questions during her deposition, which took place over two days, commencing November 12, 2007. John Tiedt is the lawyer representing the Plaintiffs in the civil suit against Heidi Diaz, aka Kimmer, the founder of the deadly Kimkins diet.
