Well, well, looks like Kimmer is finally making a sincere effort to break that terrible stall she's been having in her weight-loss journey on her crazy diet, Kimkins.

Here is her blog post from yesterday:

Bored With Your Workout? Try Belly Dancing!

A middle eastern art form for centuries, American women are flocking by the thousands to belly dancing classes! And the dance videos are flying off the shelves at stores!

Can't say that we've noticed any men in the classes (but for our single male readers, it sounds like a great place to meet girls!)

Check out belly dancing DVDs , call local dance studios or your city recreation center to see when the next dance group starts. Wow, can't argue with those abs!

Since Kimmer's doling out advice to her members about the wonders of belly dancing, I came to the conclusion that she must have taken it up herself. And how right I was...

In this delicious photo, one of my spies actually caught Heidi in the park in Corona in all her belly-dancing glory. Enjoy!

And we were supposed to believe she was SHY! It could take me a while to forgive you for that visual, Medusa!

Kimmer doesn't believe in exercise, though. It doesn't help weight loss. She got to looking like Lesya the Russian bride without any exercise at all. Unless you count her mouse action.

OYB, Kimmer isn't shy! How could a self-proclaimed MILF be shy?

Sorry about the visual :^) Hope you recover.

"...mouse action." OYB, you always break me up.

Thanks for taking the time to comment!

I guess there should be a good change in Heidi's weight loss next week now that she's pro exercise. Hopefully she'll put up a new picture with the new loss. Perhaps one of her in her belly dancing attire, if she can fight off her crippling shyness long enough to take one, that is.

Girls, read more carefully. Heidi didn't say SHE was bored with her workouts. Point of fact, you can't get bored with what you don't do. She was only recommending it second-hand for those who are easily bored or not losing. And to fill up those empty pages with advice remotely resembling helpful. (She has a court case coming up, remember?)
