Although having taken great pains to hide JANE DOE'S identity, my efforts were all for nought.
JANE DOE has outed herself.....on Jimmy Moore's forum.
JANE DOE is SHIPHIPS.

Hello all. I am the shiphips that is of such interest here. I am a Kimkins member and see several of you think I'm some poor starving soul that Kimmer is taking advantage of. I decided, after reading all of your posts, to make myself visible so I can answer any questions you might have.
I will be respectful to all of you and hope to receive the same from you.
If you have any concerns or questions for me I would be more than glad to address them.

Hey Shiphips and welcome to my forum. We are nothing but a loving community here at my "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Discussion" forum, so there's no need to worry about anyone being disrespectful. If you ever any questions about the healthy low-carb lifestyle, then I'm happy to help as someone who has been living this way successfully for the past four years. Best wishes to you in your continued journey to better health! "

I am eating healthy, Kimkins is not an unhealthy woe, just as Atkins is not or any other low carb diet. I've been on and off lc diets for six years, I've really just come here to defend myself, I originally signed up because I saw a dear friend of mine Merci here (but I've not heard from her), then I started reading the posts here and found that I am the 'topic' of concern. I just want to clear the record. Kimkins is a wonderful woe, there are many many very happy people there.

THANKS for sharing your comments shiphips. But this is neither the time nor the place to debate the Kimkins diet. You can do that elsewhere, but we're not gonna do that here. It is well-documented that this "diet" plan you support was created by a morbidly obese scam artist with no background in nutrition or medicine.
The true low-carb diet consists of a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb diet where calories are not a factor. Sure, there are SLIGHT variations from this, but that's the basis of Atkins, Protein Power, Barry Groves, and the other reputable low-carb plans that are out there. These are legitimate plans to be discussed--but not Kimkins...at least not here.
Feel free to open your own forum or blog to tout how Kimkins has helped you, but it's not gonna happen here. We have people here recovering from the severe health damage that was done to them because of this dangerous low-cal/low-fat diet fraud, so I will not permit you to post your positive feedback about it.
THANKS for sharing and best wishes in your weight and health journey."

Wait, I was bashed here and I am simply here to let everybody know that I'm perfectly fine. I should be allowed to do that. I could care less who believes in Kimmer or not, I'm not her mouth piece, but I will defend myself. I'm not here to debat Kimkins, I'm here to clear up the air concerning my health and the comments made on your site. What you are saying is that it is ok for your members to bash me but not ok for me to defend myself...?"

And the voice of reason and intelligence is heard!!! You rock JIMMY!!!!!!!"
Shiphips, if you read this, please do not believe a word Heidi Diaz/Kimmer tells you. She is a scam artist, a fraud, and an admitted liar, and she will be the author of your death if you continue to take her specious dieting "advice." Kimmer is NOT a medical professional, and her Kimkins diet is deadly.
Please speak frankly with your doctor about your concerns re your health issues and weight-loss efforts. You may still have time to save yourself from irreparable harm by following the Kimkins starvation diet.
Please take a moment to read the stories of former members of Kimkins here: Kimkins Survivors.
Their stories will give you some insight as to the serious medical and emotional implications from following the Kimkins diet.
And those stories just may break your heart...but not in the same deadly way the Kimkins starvation diet will.
Locarb4me on LCF noted a discrepancy today between what was posted on the thread at Jimmy Moore's forum and the link I provided below to the thread:
"Speaking of revisionist...I am subscribed to the Shiphips thread at Jimmys. That last (slightly defensive) comment of Shiphips is not on the thread but it's linked from Medusa's blog."I went back to both the linked page and the thread and there is definitely a discrepancy. Shiphip's last post is missing from the thread:

Great catch, lowcarb4me! Hmmm...wonder what happened to shiphip's last post on Jimmy's thread?
