BANNED KIMKINS PIN-UPS FEEL THE STING OF HEIDI'S BAN BUTTON !!!

We now know what triggered Heidi/Kimmer's push of the Kimkins ban button sending Brian and Heather, former pin-ups on the front page of the Kimkins diet website, to banned camp. In an e-mail to Kimmer, Brian wrote the following:

Hi,

I understand that Heather sent you an e-mail this morning requesting that we not be on the home page anymore. This does not bother me, andthanks for honoring her request. We had discussed this, but had noidea she was going to ask.

I do have a question for you, however. Why did that request result in us not being able to access the site anymore? I can kind ofunderstand Heather since you gave her free membership in return forthe home page feature, but I did pay for my membership, and I don'tthink I did anything wrong.

It is true that Jeannie [Tippy Toes/Jeannie Baitinger] and I have started a new web site for peopleto join and get support who have no where else to go. We havehowever, not said anything derogatory about you or your site / woe.We are in fact not even trying to "compete." We were concerned that if legal problems succeed in closing your doors, we wanted a safeplace for you members to go. (and we both know that LCF is not a safeplace.)

I have remained, (until today when I could not log on) an active member of your forums, and have gained many friends there who I lookto for support and to help give support. I have not tried to take anymembers from your site, I have not tried to keep others from joiningyour site. In fact I still tell people that ask that I am followingthe KK diet.

I truly am sorry for your legal and personal struggles. I would notwish them on anyone. I am not a doctor nor a nutritionist, but I will be the first to admit that following a low fat low carb diet hashelped me to break my stall and continue to lose weight. I willcontinue to follow the basic tenants of your diet that I learned whilea member, until I lose another 70 lbs and reach my goal.

I know I have said in posts that I really don't care who you are orwhat you have, or have not, done. I don't think the diet isunhealthy, my doctor does not think the diet is unhealthy, and it works.

I think the campaign that LCF is on is ridiculous. Everyone isentitled to their own opinions, but America is a free market economyand if you want to, and can, make a buck that is your right.

All that being said I would like on of two things.

1.) reinstate my membership, so that I can continue to post o yourforums.

or

2.) please consider refunding my "lifetime" membership fee, since Iam still alive and have not broken any TOS, and I am still quite alive.

If you can not, or are unwilling to do either of the above, pleasehave the courtesy to make sure my private information (e-mail, familyweb site, AIM, and Skype info) is wiped from my user profile, andunsubscribe me from the threads I was subscribed too. The e-mails reminding me there is a new post are not needed if I can not get tothem.

Thank you,
Brian

PS I hope things work out for you"

Hi,

Thanks for your well thought out note.

Heather's request to no longer participate in the Watch Us Lose project without notice was harmful to Kimkins. Not only will there be manhours spent to answer member emails to why, but the replacement participants should have been added simultaneously in a coordinated effort. Heather's demand for immediacy caused us hardship.

Heather explained that you and she were reneging on your Watch Us Lose commitment due to the Kimkins controversy harming your family. I'll presume this is the reason and not the conflict of appearing on the front page of Kimkins while promoting your own new website.

However, since your Kimkins problems stem purely from an affiliation with us it would clearly be in your best interest to make a clean break. Continuing to post in Kimkins forums will only serve to fuel your link to the controversy and prolong the resulting harm to your family that Heather has stated.

Kimkins is not closing its doors (despite Jeannie's claims) and business functions are back to normal.

Jeannie is aware we prepared a backup site for our members several months ago as a precautionary measure. We take issue with potential confusion Jeannie may be causing by promoting her new site as the Kimkins backup site. It is not and should not be promoted as such. We will defend copyright infringement issues and have shut down one copycat site this week.

Please provide your mailing address for a membership refund check and we will modify Heather's and your account per your instructions.

I wish you, Heather and Jeannie the very best in your new endeavor.

Kimmer"

His new name shall be B.O.B. As in, Better Off Banned.

He should stay far from her, not be a party to Kimmer’s fraud!

Friends don't let friends do Kimkins! Remember that cover girl on the WW Mag? Well, she learned the hard way about Kimkins and it's dangers!! Read her blog and decide for yourself.
