Like many dieters, the starving woman at Kimkins, makes entries in her online Fitday, noting what foods she has eaten that day.

Fitday tracks your daily food intake and provides a breakdown on calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, etc.

Below are a list of links to the shocking daily entries of this woman. Please note that I have changed her username at Kimkins, which appeared on all her Fitday entries, to Jane Doe.

When you click on these links, a pop-up box will ask you whether you wish to "Open" or "Save" the file. Please click "Open," and after viewing the page, click on your browser's Back button to return to this post to view further entries.

I am at a loss for words.

Wow. I think people don't get it that you can be overweight yet still starve. They think you have to look skeletal.

Like you, I'm at a loss for words.

Horrifying. The plan behind the plan snares another victim.

She is so determined to lose with the knowledge she has. But it is fallible knowledge, and in the end, her ignorance of her own body will do her in. Weight loss is not a simple equation , where more calories burned than eaten equal weight loss. I hope she learns this before serious harm results, but it may already be too late.

Thing is though, everyone that I know of at KK has tried to help her. She doesn't want it. She is a grown woman. You can't tell her what to eat. No one is pushing her into starvation, she is doing it to herself. There is nothing anyone can do. Not even the officials you contacted.

This makes me sick and so very angry.

Oh my gosh.
I sat here and cried reading her FitDay.

Yes, you can be overweight and still be malnourished/starving yourself. My poor mom is living proof. :-(

I hope and pray she gets the help she needs before she becomes seriously ill.

You know, as one who in a challenge with her, I have to wonder about this. She stopped posting her daily menu so people would leave her alone (she said so). Me included (told me she would not post a menu so I could pick it apart and to just go away and leave her alone). Then she goes and makes her fitday public and posts the link in her siggy. Hmmmm. I think she likes the attention it is getting her from all the people on the forum, and elsewhere. I don't think that is really her food intake. If she really didn't want people telling her to eat more, and wanted people to leave her alone, then why would she do this? Makes me wonder.

WOW. that is scarey. I hope the last commneter was correct about the fitday being a fake. it wouldn't be the first thing to be fake on Afterall Kimmer's whole weight loss story of 198 pounds was a fake too.

OK I have been lowcarbing for2 yrs now and might be a little big ignorant about this. First off, let me say that when i read the fitday, i was looking for the other meals! then i realized that was the intake for the whole DAY! my question is: how long can someone eat that little and not pass out? seems she has been eating this way for weeks, wouldnt she have passed out? ended up at the hospital? Like I said i am ignorant on the subject of long can someone physically still be standing doing what she is doing?...thanks for the info. I find this whole thing so sad! thank god I love my food too much to starve myself!

Poor me. I'm just starving myself to I've lost 18lbs in 2 months. I am under the care of a physician and am feeling fine. One should not lose more than 2 lbs a week, that would equal 16lbs in 2 monhts...oh goodness I'm 2lbs over that...I will probably fall over dead. Fitday is a waste of time, I might start out posting for the day but then I get busy, I'm working, I have children, know life, so I think I've only once posted everything I've eaten in a day in Fitday...I posted a link to Fitday because I really wanted to keep myself more accountable in counting every calorie...actually what happened is that I continued with my usual pattern and only posted one meal and then life happened and I never went back.

Thank you for the concern, but it is not necessary. I'm very healthy and doing well. To anonymous, I'm glad you posted here, Kimmer will be very interested to see just how two faced you are...please continue giving me complaints against you for her, sooner or later you will be banned.
